I have been trying to call someone in the wic office and left messages about this situation. I am not receiving my wic benefits for the month of January and I am trying to figure out why? I left messages waiting to hear back and have not gotten anything in return. We had gone to our appointment on the 5th of December at 11am to see Janet but she was not in so i had seen another gal that was a blonde gal. I am unsure she had filed it correctly as so where i can receive the benefits. The month is about over and i truly would appreciate if we could get this resolved before then as this is a program that helps me tremendously with my child as i am a single parent not receiving any child support. Please call me back as soon as possible with this issue.
