well can I say NOT helpful at all..and purposely confusing..I asked for an appointment for my son..and was told the earliest and best time would be in July ( it is May) I then tried to set it up and was told no they had no openings available..but didn\'t you tell me July is the earliest and best time..\"yes, but we have no openings\"..HUH!..so then how about August?? no we don\'t book that far ahead..you can try Hemet or Lake Elsinore ..as I had told him in the beginning that my son cannot drive becuse of his condition and that he suffers memory loss..I asked him how my son would get there and he referred me to the bus..now the clinic is less than a mile and down the road..so either I got the village stooge or the man was being deliberatley obtuse.
