My fiancé and I just had a baby a premi with no vehicle to transport him during the day so we have to get a ride from family and friends. We have had to reschedule 5 times today met with unkind and rude service for being 15 minutes late even though the people who had an appointment before us were still being helped and told we can try but we would still not be seen and had to get reschedule for 2 weeks from now. This office has no understanding of family’s in need or are willing to work with those who are having a hard time. But instead of wanting to help they treated us as an inconvenience because it was a “short” day. Every other kind of office we have ever gone to has be willing to work with us and be understand of a situation even if it meant staying a little late or working a little more.
