I have called every day for the past week trying to make an appointment for my 6 month HR visit. I have yet to get someone on the phone, sometimes waiting for over an hour and a half. I often get the message that there is something wrong with the systems and it hangs up. It would be nice to know what to do seeing as I need to make an appointment to see an HR representative.
